Galletas Sin Chocolate

Se acabó. Después de estas galletas rellenas de brownie sin azúcar, con chocolate blanco por fuera y brownie de nutella por dentro, no hago más galletas. Es imposible superar esto. Imposible.

Bueno a ver, igual he exagerado con lo de que no voy a hacer más galletas, porque todos sabemos que seguiré haciendo galletas distintas (pobre blog, si no), pero lo de que es imposible superar estas galletas… puf. En serio, PUF. Creo que son las galletas más ricas que he hecho nunca, o al menos las que más me han gustado a mí (y mira que me gustan las galletas).

Son unas galletas de dos chocolates, con chocolate blanco por fuera y brownie de nutella por dentro. Si es que sólo de escribirlo estoy salivando 😛

Cómo Hacer Galletas De Chocolate Sin Azúcar

Parto de la base de que tenéis la nutella ya lista, que como sabéis la podéis hacer con mi receta. También podéis comprar alguna crema de avellanas y chocolate sin azúcar, sirve igual.

La textura también es una pasada, por fuera son más crujientitas y por dentro tienen la textura jugosa típica de un brownie. Increíbles, os lo prometo.

Ahora bien… no son las galletas más fáciles del mundo. Es verdad que las puede hacer cualquiera, pero hay que tener una paciencia de oro, porque se tarda un buen rato en hacerlas, y además hay que ir respetando muy bien los tiempos. ¿Vale la pena? Ya os digo yo que la vale…

Galletas Craqueladas Con Y Sin Chocolate

Además, es que me han salido 40 galletas. Si os da pereza hacer tantas, podéis usar la mitad de las cantidades que os doy, pero me parece que es más sencillo así (ya bastante que hay que pesar el huevo para la parte blanca).

Por mi parte voy a hacer todo lo posible para que se entienda bien el paso a paso, de hecho me parece que es la receta con más fotos en las instrucciones que he publicado nunca. Y si tenéis dudas, sabéis que podéis escribirme en los comentarios, que yo os contesto siempre.

Galletas Petit Chocolate Sin Gluten

No son las galletas más light del mundo, pero sí que es verdad que son bastante saciantes (además de lo ricas que están). Al hacerlas con harina de avena integral, conseguimos un mayor aporte de fibra que, como sabéis, nos ayuda a asimilar la glucosa de manera más lenta y prolongada, evitando picos de glucosa en sangre e hiperglucemias.
