A nosotros siempre nos ha parecido que las galletas son el desayuno ideal. ¡Qué buenas están con un zumo o un poco de leche! Las galletas de chocolate sin azúcar que os vamos a enseñar a preparar hoy, quedan crujientes, con un sabor intenso a chocolate y deliciosas. Nadie diría que no llevan azúcar.

Si preferís que tengan un sabor más suave, podéis usar menos cantidad de chocolate. A mí me gusta el toque amargo del cacao, así que no les he puesto mucha stevia, pero si sois más dulzones os hará falta algo más, como 15-20gr. Como va a gustos y cada uno sabe qué le gusta a su paladar, os aconsejamos que probéis la masa en crudo cuando tengáis la mezcla, y si lo veis soso podéis añadir más stevia y seguir amasando.
¡Ya tendremos nuestras deliciosas galletas de chocolate sin azúcar listas! Están realmente buenas y un aspecto que nos gusta es que hemos de utilizar muy poca mantequilla para elaborarlas.
