La verdad es que me encanta intentar hacer galletas sin harina (como mis ya famosas florentinas o las galletas de almendras) porque eliminamos bastantes hidratos de carbono, que, aunque usemos harinas integrales, siempre es mejor no usar harina, directamente. Es una manera de disfrutar de unas galletitas sin remordimientos 🙂
La avena es un alimento buenísimo y con grandes beneficios para la salud. Entre otras cosas, ayuda a controlar los niveles de azúcar en sangre y a reducir el colesterol «malo». Tiene poca grasa y mucha fibra, con lo que absorberemos sus carbohidratos lentamente, sin que nos suba la glucosa.
